Gracefully Balanced March Accountability



You know what most women crave?
(Besides chocolate 🍫 of course..)

It's not a six pack.. Or 50 pound weightloss.. Or to be able to run 13.1 trillion miles..

.
Most women crave confidence.
A sense of pride.
The ability the give themselves GRACE despite their short comings & to rid themselves of GUILT and pressure.
To be in control of their habits and choices. To feel a true presence of BALANCE in their lives.

.
You might {think} you want a 6 pack, but dig a little deeper, sister.. What would it mean for you to overcome emotionally driven eating? This was HUGE for me!

Or what about being able to exercise 5 times a week in a comfortable environment and not feel STRESSED about getting it done? Is that a foreign thought?

Gosh, how valuable & special would you feel to know that you have a community of 
en who are supporting you every step of the way?? Life..changing..

.
That's the purpose of my gracefully balanced challenge. I desire for YOU to experience what I have. The ability to implement lifestyle changes and be okay (& even PROUD of) simply doing your personal best each day.. Because this "shin-dig" I'm inviting you to isn't a sprint.. It's not a race #hallelujah

..it's a LIFESTYLE, y'all.

We aren't perfect.. And that's one of the beauties of this group/community. We're real women. Who are really busy. Who really {need} a sustainable change.

Love Yourself: February Challenge


boy is it not about being perfect, y'all.. if it was, I would be a failure.

wellness is about giving yourself grace- embracing your flaws and shortcoming, but seeking balance each day & doing your personal BEST.

one of my deepest desires as a coach is for women to find balance by making their wellness (mind + body + spirit) a priority.

-it's not selfish to take 30 minutes a day to exercise..
-well rounded nutrition isn't for people with excess money/time on their hands..
-and it's certainly not vanity to pursue a healthier you.


Getting back to the BASICS of fitness and nutrition each day, believe it or not, CAN make you a better wife.. girlfriend.. mother.. daughter ..sister ..friend ..student ..employee.. the list goes on.

I don't create groups each month for perfectionist. I don't provide you with a magical overnight solution. I AM providing you with tools and an environment for you to learn to LOVE yourself, >better< care for those around you and to create a sustainable lifestyle that honors the One who gave you life in the first place.

Love YOURSELF, February Challenge




We've all heard it before that you can't love the people around you the way they should be loved, if you don't first love yourself.. this means accepting your flaws and caring for yourself spiritually, mentally & physically.

Are you doing this? Are you giving yourself GRACE? Are you maintaining balance in your life? Are you being the best wife, mom, teacher, student, friend, employee you can be because you've made >yourself< a priority?

In February, I want to help *10 women* love themselves again.. to love & appreciate the body+life God's given them through discipline, balance, commitment & positivity.

This journey isn't free, it's GOING to require an investment.. both of your time and resources. But I can tell you this, if you commit & truly give it your all, you WILL experience results and be a better woman at the end of our time together.

Ask yourself this.. are you worth it?
Yes.You.Are.

So how does this work?
The 10 women who choose to join me in February will be part of a PRIVATE, online group of women only. These women come from ALL different backgrounds, different states (even countries) and no two look alike! We are unique individuals finding common ground through the pursuit of wellness.


What's your commitment?
-Give me just 30 minutes of your day to complete workouts from the comfort, privacy and convenience of your own home.
-Learn how to fuel your body with a simple meal plan that DOESN'T leave you starving and doesn't require you to count calories.
-Be willing to be vulnerable and transparent with an incredible group of women who need you as much as you need us.
-Commit to drinking a nutrient dense shake once a day that is going to fill your nutritional deficiencies.. oh and tastes like a milkshake


This challenge starts on February 8th and these first come first serve spots are *limited.* If you've been waiting for an opportunity and looking for a sign.. this is it, girlfriend.

I'm not look for ladies who are half in.. not sure about change. I'm looking to dive IN with women who are READY to embrace change and LOVE themselves to better serve the ones they care for.

Year END Resolution: Finish STRONGER than You Started


*These are my REAL 4 week progress photos from last fall in my very first accountability group, y'all!*

#YearEndResolution ..ever heard of it?

Well, it's how I'm helping my fellow ladies stay on track during December. Did you know that during the holiday season, 75% of annual weight gain occurs? Are you going to be part of that icky statistic or prove it wrong with me?
.
Beginning December 2nd, I'm committing (again) to 30 minute daily workouts, simple nutrition with easy meal plans & group support to stay strong against egg nog and peppermint galore ... I want to feel PROUD of myself when 2016 rolls around- not like I have to "fix" the repercussions of my choices in November and December.
.

November CHALLLENGE Group



Believe it or not, October is coming to a close.. and we're all starting to think about & make plans for :: Turkey Day!
.
I'm dreaming of green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, mac-n-cheese & pie!! Oh yeah, & maybe a side of turkey 😜
.
But you know that >>guilt<< you feel later on? Those tight-pant-jokes that everyone starts making and comments about how to you need to work off the meal? Yeah, I'm not doing that! ...... My turkey day feast is going to be EARNED this year! 👊
.
Beginning Nov 2nd, a determined group of us are committing to a {slightly} different kind of thanksgiving preparation. We're going to be THANKFUL for our health & strengthen our bodies daily as we count down to a special time around the table with our loved ones.

We're committing to 30 minute daily workouts... simple nutrition with easy meal plans... group support to NOT quit when people are all pumpkin-this, caramel-that... we're going to feel PROUD when turkey day rolls around & ENJOY that well-earned meal! heart emoticon
